1. ORDER PROCESSING Orders are processed subject to product availability and verification procedures. Kaselon reserves the right to process orders within a timeframe deemed reasonable at its sole discretion. Processing times may vary and are not guaranteed.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for reference purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by any specific date. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of Kaselon's control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. Kaselon assumes no liability for delays caused by third-party carriers or fulfillment partners.

3. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are subject to change without notice. All shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. ORDER TRACKING Tracking information, where available, is provided as a courtesy. Kaselon makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or timeliness of tracking updates provided by third-party carriers.

5. LOST, DELAYED, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES Kaselon is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. Once an order has been dispatched to a third-party carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to that carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for resolution. Kaselon may, at its sole discretion, assist in investigating shipping issues but assumes no obligation to do so.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Kaselon has no control over and assumes no liability for such charges. Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in a returned or abandoned package does not entitle the customer to a refund.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Kaselon assumes no liability for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. MODIFICATIONS Kaselon reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
